5.About Tax
Usually you do not need to pay taxes, but if your country's customs is more stringent, you will be charged a certain amount of duties. We usually try to avoid tariffs for you as a low-declared invoice with parcels, however, it is not 100%. You will need to pay the duties if the custom still charges customs duties.
6.Additional Notes:
(1)One day in a week won’t process orders— U.S Saturday. Shipping companies all close on Sunday. Local logistics deliver on business days.
(2)Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after placement when phone number missing or unclear address. Longer than that, order will be canceled and money will be returned accordingly. So please make sure that you leave correct shipping address(PO Box, APO, FPO, military address not acceptable) and telephone number when place order. Free shipping means no shipping fee no matter the order price.
(3)The above logistics time is for reference only, the specific transportation time shall be subject to the logistics company.

For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.

I was nervous due to when it comes to color some company’s over process the hair but y’all did y’all big one with this one! This hair is super soft, minimum shedding holds a curl and the plucking and bleaching was immaculate! Will be ordering again
This wig is so nice ! I love how easy it was to straighten and also how soft and thick it is. I haven't had too much shedding. I'm overly satisfied with this wig and will definitely order again ! It came on time and I even got the gifts as mentioned. Definitely worth the price !
I don't think this review will display on their main page, but this wig is just okay. I read reviews before purchasing and have looked at this unit for a while and finally decided to order.
Good: the lace is fantastic and melts amazing. Knots also bleach like a dream, but be careful and only do it for a short time. I did it the same length of time I usually do (as I've had units before, even light, I've had to do that for) and the knots were WHITE lol I was super scared I melted the hair but it's held up awesome. On some scalps you can probably get away without bleaching. The length is true, and the color is REALLY complimentary to my skin tone. The thickness is also perfect, and fits my head well. Overall it makes me feel like a pretty fairy lol
mid: shed a decent amount but it's expected for a color/bleached unit. Just be warned if you're used to black/brown units that this will shed a bit more than those.
Bad: this wig is DRY. While the first 18 or so inches (I ordered 22) are fine enough, the last few inches are really dry. I've applied oil, deep conditioned, and it's still pretty dry. I might just end up chopping it to 18/16 so I don't have to deal with the ends. I saw a lot of reviews saying how soft it was but right out of the pack I was kind of concerned. I'm not sure how well this will hold up and yes, it tangles pretty easily. It's not close to a party city wig bad at all, but it's decent.
Overall, though I gave it 3 stars I would give it 2.5. the lace being great and the color being nice is all well and fine, but the hair quality itself is the issue and since it's a wig from a HH vendor that advertises the quality of their units, I have to score it lower. But the lace and color are very good. Otherwise, it would probably get 0/1 stars lol and the one would be because its true to length and the perfect thickness.

A: Our 6x5 and 13x6 wigs feature a glueless design with adjustable straps, combs, and a drawstring for a natural fit, allowing you to wear it easily, wear to go! While 13x4 lace wigs are usually installed with glue or adhesive for a secure fit.
Q: How to care your hair?
A: Regular detangling with a suitable comb, washing it every 2-3 weeks with wig-friendly shampoo, and using a spray-on conditioner for moisture and shine are key. Avoid rubbing or wringing during washing, and allow the wig to air dry on a stand.
Q: Does the wig look the same as the pictures on the website?
A: Yes. Most of our wig photos are taken from real products. Minor changes may occur during shipping, but the wig can be easily restored with light styling after arrival. Significant color differences are rare; slight variations may occur due to lighting, angles, or display settings.
